Villa Rosa is available to book all year round of course dependent upon prior bookings.

From April 2010 changeover day is a SATURDAY (ie bookings can be made from a SATURDAY to a SATURDAY).
We ask that you arrive between 5-7pm on the Saturday you are arriving and vacate by 9am on the Saturday you are departing. (If you arrive earlier than 5pm you can wait in the house but accept that it may not be 100% ready). There will be somebody to greet you and a Welcome Hamper with basic provisions on your arrival.

To make a booking
Credit and debit cards and UK cheques accepted. 25% deposit on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure.
