The garden
The garden directly to the back of the house is accessed via the kitchen. As you enter the garden down some steps from the kitchen you arrive onto a large terrace shaded by a pergola covered in wisteria. The terrace has a table and chairs to allow for al fresco dining.
As you walk down to the end there is a wonderful view of the valley and a large swimming pool with patio and sun loungers on which you can relax and enjoy the view. The land surrounding the garden is made up of olive trees, grape vines, apple orchards and forest.
The swimming pool
The large pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by a patio area on which to sit and relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the valley. In the interests of safety, the pool can only be accessed through a small gate - preventing toddlers and small children from entering the pool area unattended.

The Barn (Fienile)
The barn, where the animals and hay were at one time housed, lies adjacent to the house. The outside has been restored with the inside being completed in the future. In the interests of safety the whole structure has been secured to prevent anyone entering inside.
